Who is responsible
memmi is run by Ognjen Zdravković, Fočanska 121, 11300 Smederevo, Serbia, who is the controller of your personal data. Contact: oggy@memmi.io.
What we collect and why
Venue accounts: name, email address and sign-in details, to create your account and provide the service (contract). Events you create and support messages, to run your rooms and help you (contract). Guests: the photos and videos they choose to upload and an optional first name, to show them in the event room (legitimate interest of the venue and its client). Technical data such as IP address and device information, to keep memmi secure and working (legitimate interest). Guests do not create accounts.
How long we keep it
Guest photos and videos are permanently deleted 96 hours after a room's countdown starts. Venue account details are kept while the account is active and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and storage providers; Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers such as accountants; and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell data, and nothing is shown publicly or indexed by search engines. Some providers may store data outside Serbia, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use encryption, private file links and access controls to protect your data.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by writing to oggy@memmi.io. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
