What venues ask us first.
- Do guests need an app or an account?
- No. They scan the code, the page opens in their browser, and they can add photos straight away.
- Who owns the photos?
- Your client does. Nothing is public, nothing is indexed by search engines, and files are only reached through short-lived private links.
- What happens after 96 hours?
- The room closes and every file is permanently deleted — not hidden, not archived. You see the exact deletion time and get reminders 24, 6 and 1 hour before.
- What is an event activation?
- One activation covers one event, from setup to deletion. It is counted when you create the event. Unused activations do not carry into the next month.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. Plans are billed monthly and you can stop at any time. We take no share of what you charge your clients.
