Who we are
memmi is a trading name of Ognjen Zdravković, an individual seller based at Fočanska 121, 11300 Smederevo, Serbia ("we", "us"). When you use memmi, your agreement is with Ognjen Zdravković. Contact: oggy@memmi.io.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use memmi, you agree to these terms. If you use memmi for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf and that you are of legal age.
The service
memmi gives venues private event rooms where guests add photos and short videos by scanning a QR code. Every room and its files are permanently deleted 96 hours after the countdown starts. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use memmi within your plan.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Free trial and plans
New accounts can try memmi for free with one event, up to 2 photos and 2 videos. Paid plans are billed monthly and include a set number of event activations per month. Unused activations do not carry over.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not use memmi for anything unlawful, fraud or spam, content that infringes others' rights, or to interfere with its security (for example malware, probing or scraping). You must not copy, resell or reverse engineer memmi. You are responsible for informing your clients and guests that memmi is used at the event, and for the content uploaded to your rooms. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Ownership
We own memmi, including its software, design and brand. Photos and videos belong to the people who upload them; we only store and show them to run the service.
Availability
We work hard to keep memmi running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated rule violations. When access ends, remaining rooms and files are deleted.
Liability
memmi is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Because files are deleted by design, please download anything you want to keep. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes are handled by the competent courts in Serbia.
